If you want it more soup like, add water or kvas.\u00a0Of course\u00a0I might just have to search around to find some kvass to try it for\u00a0myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This&nbsp;comes together quickly, but you want to make it a few hours&nbsp;ahead of time to let the flavors blend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cucumbers and Yogurt in Different Countries<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Most, if not all, Middle Eastern cuisines have their own variation of yogurt and cucumber salad or soup. The Greeks add garlic and call it Tzatziki, the Armenians go with mint and dill and call it Jajuk. Which\u00a0translates to Summer Soup. Discard seeds. Cut each half into 6 fairly even slices lengthwise.
