I love this <a href=\"https:\/\/harvest2u.com\/easy-no-fuss-gazpacho\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">easy no fuss recipe<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But, I also like to make it with a variety of other fruits and vegetables for a lovely naturally sweet cold soup with a spicy kick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To make this one, I started with my little brother's <a href=\"https:\/\/thatrecipe.com\/the-beet-goes-on\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Beet Gazpacho recipe<\/a> and combined some ingredients from this <a href=\"https:\/\/thatrecipe.com\/white-gazpacho\/\">White Gazpacho recipe<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The recipe can easily be doubled or tripled, but you may need to make it in batches. My blender only held half of a \"personal sized\" watermelon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients for Watermelon Gazpacho<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>watermelon - or other melon if you prefer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cucumber<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>red bell pepper (to compliment the red melon, you can use any color you prefer)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>yellow onion - or white or red<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>garlic - fresh is best<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>almonds - optional, but it adds some protein and creaminess as well as binding the soup together.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>smoked paprika - sweet is okay, but you may want to consider a dash of liquid smoke if you do.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>chili powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cayenne pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>French bread - gluten free or omit the bread and use more almonds for binding if you need gluten free or low carb<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rice vinegar&nbsp;- or other mild vinegar like sherry vinegar or white wine vinegar)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>olive
