Both of my guys are chocolate mint lovers in any way shape or form. So for my husband's birthday (known in the rest of the world as Valentine's Day), I whipped up these lovely cookies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

They disappeared in minutes. Well, the plate of cookies disappeared when I turned my back. I quickly tracked down the plate they snuck out of the kitchen so I could have a few for the photoshoot. #foodbloggerproblems<\/p>\n\n\n\n
