Bird nests are one of those tell tale signs of spring. Creating edible bird nests is a fun way to celebrate spring, Passover and Easter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are almost as many ways to get creative with the nest material as bird's use in real life. Bird's may use leaves, twigs, bark, grass, etc. But for an edible version you can use cake, cookies, brownies, chow mein noodles, cereal or coconut to name a few. Top them with jelly beans, candy eggs or some fresh berries for the eggs and you have a delicious and adorable treat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
