The result is an intense lemony flavor that is a wonderful complement to this salad. They are very popular in North African, particularly Moroccan, cuisine.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You may be able to find them at Target, WalMart, or World Market or you can pick them up online. If you want to <a href=\"https:\/\/harvest2u.com\/preserved-lemons\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">make your own<\/a>, it is simple but it takes at least 3-4 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a substitute you can use some grated lemon zest for the citrusy kick in this salad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients for Mediterranean Pasta Salad<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This recipe
