If you are like me there is always a need for a quick and easy homemade gift, especially around the holidays. Enter Chocolate Bark.<\/p>\n

\"Chocolate<\/p>\n

Melt chocolate, spread it on waxed paper, sprinkle on some \"stuff\", chill and break. Pack them in a fun container and you have a gift in less than 20 minutes. That's about how long it took me to make this batch last week, including time to find and clean the container.<\/p>\n

I always try to keep some chocolate and vanilla melting wafers or chips on hand for just such an emergency. I used these Ghirardelli Dark<\/a>\u00a0and Ghirardelli White<\/a> wafers (those are affiliate links, I may receive a commission for any purchases through these links at no cost to you) and sprinkled them with some Ghirardelli Peppermint Baking Chunks and some festive sprinkles and colored sugar.<\/p>\n
