A quick broil at the end gives you the classic crispy exterior. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Or skip that step and save yourself some time. The tender pork and juice is still delicious. At least according to my teen who complemented me <strong>without prompting<\/strong> the last time I made it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What kind of Pressure Cooker Should I Use?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have an Instant Pot and stove top pressure cooker. I love both and will not chose between them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But, I do a lot of canning and despite what some electric models claim, the U<a href=\"https:\/\/extension.usu.edu\/preserve-the-harvest\/research\/why-electric-pressure-cookers-are-not-pressure-canners\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SDA does not recommend using electric models<\/a> to process low acid foods because the temperature cannot be verified. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Serve Pressure Cooker Carnitas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Serve the carnitas meat over rice or in burritos, tacos, lettuce wraps, etc. Add some chopped cilantro,<a aria-label=\" homemade salsa (opens in a new tab)\"
