Chocolate Wine Cake for Food Gifts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Every year, my mother-in-law would make several loaves of her amazingly moist and flavorful fruitcake<\/a> and these Chocolate Red Wine Cakes and gives them to friends and neighbors at holiday time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She makes them in November when she has extra time, then wraps them in heavy duty foil and pops them in the freezer so she always has last minute gifts on hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can make three large loaves, or if you have smaller mini loaf pans you can make 6-8 of those depending on the size. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
