But you can easily use all-purpose flour instead if you do not need them to be gluten free. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other gluten free flour or baking mix can be used as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients for Pumpkin Pancakes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The ingredients are basic baking ingredients and easy to find in any grocery store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pumpkin puree<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>maple syrup&nbsp;(or honey or agave syrup)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>almond flour and coconut flour (or other gluten free flour or all purpose flour)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, salt and coconut oil (or vegetable oil)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For <strong>Vegan Preparation<\/strong>: use your favorite vegan egg substitute such as aqua faba, or flax eggs (1 egg = 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed soaked in 2 \u00bd tablespoons water for 10 minutes) or a commercial product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to serve Pumpkin Pancakes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Serve these pancakes like you would your favorite buttermilk pancakes, with butter and syrup. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I used banana slices and pecans with some maple syrup.
