I believe my son and I are overly sensitive to them. I swear I can taste a weird chemical aftertaste, especially red, in many commercial products. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When I got the Purple Sweet Potato Powder from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.selefina.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow\">Selefina<\/a> I knew I wanted to use it as a food dye. Just a pinch was all that was needed to get the color I was going for. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you don't have any, you can use a few drops of red and blue liquid coloring to achieve the desired color.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What type of lemons to use for lemon pound cake?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This recipe is made extra special with Meyer lemons from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.melissas.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow\">Melissa's Produce<\/a>. Meyer lemons are a cross between lemons and mandarin oranges. You can use a larger 9 x 5 inch loaf pan or three small individual pans (like I did).
