I used my <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2FJCHJq\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow\">trusty cast iron skillet<\/a> to easily go from stovetop to the final bake in the oven.  But, you can use any oven safe skillet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is the difference between a frittata and a quiche?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Frittatas are from Italy and quiches are from France.
