Each is delicious in it's own right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chermoula combines cilantro and parsley (sometimes mint) with preserved lemons and aromatic spices for a spicy citrus herbal fusion that gives a kick to any dish you pair it with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to use Chermoula<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Chermoula can be used in a variety of ways, some traditional and some not so traditional:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>marinate lamb, beef, pork, chicken before cooking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>brush on fish, seafood, or vegetables while cooking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>add as a finishing sauce on meat, fish or vegetables after cooking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>add to stews or tagines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mix into pasta, rice, couscous, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mix with sour cream or yogurt for a dip<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients for Chermoula<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The ingredients for Chermoula are pretty basic. Mix and match herbs and adjust the spices to suit your tastes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>fresh herbs: parsley, cilantro, mint<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>preserved lemon&nbsp;(see note)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>garlic cloves<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cumin, coriander, paprika, red pepper, salt and pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lemon juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>extra-virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Preserved lemon can be a bit tricky to find in regular grocery stores. Walmart, Target and World Market may have it. You can also <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4mn0LRY\">order online<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Making <a href=\"https:\/\/harvest2u.com\/preserved-lemons\/\">your own preserved lemon<\/a>s is easy, but it takes a few days of soaking to be ready.
