Yes, even traditional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Steps for Low Stir Risotto<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The steps for this method may seem counter intuitive if you've made risotto by standing over the pot, stirring every few minutes to release the starch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Steps for the low stir method:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>add rice to stock\/wine combo and swish for 15 seconds then strain<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>toast wet rice with some olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>add&nbsp;4 cups of the&nbsp;starchy stock\/wine combo and simmer for 20 minutes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>add remaining cup of liquid plus cheese and serve<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The key is in the first step. By rinsing the rice with the stock, you put the starch that is already on the outside of the rice into the cooking liquid from the start. More starch is released while it simmers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>20 minutes you just gained back in your day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients for Risotto<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The ingredients should be easy to find in your grocery store. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Arborio rice (not long or medium grain rice, <a The rice will absorb the remaining liquid.
